Cells magnetized with biocompatible nanoparticles are printed into 3D spheroids with mild magnetic forces. In spheroid formation, the cells interact to form a 3D environment with an ECM that closely models native tissues. Bioprinted spheroids are then treated with varying concentrations of cell migration inhibitors and monitored over time.
